Due to its exclusivity, Zirconium is still a special handle material. Like titanium, the element Zirconium (Zr) is a transition metal. It is non-toxic and is sometimes used in the constructions of reactors. Its use as handle material is mainly due to the incomparable look Zirconium has after its surface has been finished. The unique deep-grey shine of Zirconium has a radiance unlike any other metal. Not many materials are so fascinating to look at that you can just lose yourself in its surface. The entire handle of the Cox Slim by Jens Ansø is made of this elegant material. The interplay between this handle and the elegantly satined CPM-154 blade give this compact slip joint knife an incomparable aura. This elegant piece is limited to only 99 units world-wide and comes with a certificate.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
