Become a Knifemaker – Craft Your Own Custom Knife!
Experience a weekend full of craftsmanship, passion and precision. From 28 February to 1 March 2026, Böker Solingen opens its doors to anyone who has always wanted to create their own knife – under the professional guidance of Alex Kremer.
Dive deep into the world of knife making and craft your very own custom knife – from the first design to the final polish. You will benefit from the full infrastructure of the Böker knife manufactory and the expertise of our master knifemakers.
What to Expect:
You will design and craft your individual knife entirely by yourself – supported step by step by our experts.
Choose between two high-quality blade materials: Swedish RWL-34 steel, renowned for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance, or a premium Damascus blade (€150 extra) with a unique pattern and traditional appearance.
For the handle, a wide range of materials is available – from exclusive woods to Micarta and G10, creating a true one-off, full of character and perfectly suited to you.
All materials and tools will be provided on site.
